Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment and check in with the front desk.
This gives you time to get changed into a protective smock and accommodate your needs prior to your appointment. Arriving late will possibly interfere with your service and based on availability could be rescheduled.
Of course children are welcome during their scheduled appointment. Although we love them, for their safety and the comfort and relaxation of our guests, we ask you to refrain from bringing unattended children into the salon.
Your services and appointment time are reserved exclusively for you. In consideration of our stylist’s schedule we ask for a minimum of a 24-hour rebooking or cancellation notice any cancellations without a 24-hr notice will be subject to a cancellation fee for half of the scheduled service. In the event of a “No Show” all donation vouchers and promotional service vouchers such as Groupon or Bloomspot will be considered redeemed as this space was held and time was reserved by you. A Divinity certificate is the perfect gift for any occasion. We offer certificates for any hair or skin service or also for our boutique. Purchase at anytime from our salon coordinators.
Divinity accepts returns on all hair products in original packaging within 12 days of purchase accompanied by your receipt. Your credit will be issued in the form of and exchange of a different hair product or store credit. All boutique returns will receive exchange or store credit only when accompanied with original receipt.
